It is interpreted as perfection in action in Yoga – An act becomes perfect when you do it with all joy and without expecting anything in return.

In addition to this Shree Krishna has given very beautiful and exact definition of Yoga:

It is one where work is done with dexterity. What is this dexterity in Karma? It means whatever you do, the job should be perfect, it should be soft padded or similar to a loosely filled bag.

When mind is alert and stays where body is, the condition is termed YOGA. One has to be fully alert in performance of job in hand, then only the word Yoga will have carried its proper meaning and that is dexterity.
